Sublimation Printing Services
Sublimation is the process by which an image printed on paper is transferred to another surface. Unlike conventional inks, sublimation inks are converted directly from a solid to a gas under heat and pressure, causing them to bond with fibers of synthetic materials such as polyester. The molecules of the ink revert to a solid state upon cooling, permanently staining the surface of the polyester.
Sublimation works great for printing full color pictures and logos. Sublimation has become one of the mainstay methods of imprinting that is quick, provides high definition, high quality, and sometimes low cost compared to other printing methods. It is also a garment and apparel printing technique. This printing process provides all-over coverage in full color. Not only that, sublimation offers superior softness and wearability.
The following is just a few common items and materials that can be used for sublimation: ceramic tiles, wood, metals, plates, caps, tote bags, t-shirts, mugs and other miscellaneous fabrics and materials.
